Grab your sweetie, your best bud or even your dad and share in this unique culinary experience! Join Chef Dan Weeden as he teaches each duo how to clean, butcher, season and cook their very own beef tenderloin. Also on the menu bourbon carmelized onions, roasted fingerling potatoes with bacon, horseradish cream sauce and vanilla ice cream with bananas foster rum sauce. Participants can wrap and take home any cuts of beef they don't cook. A boning knife is also included in the price. This class is hands on. All recipes will be provided. Seats are limited. BYOB! (We suggest a full bodied red wine or an aged whisky.)
