Call up your sushi loving friends and join Chef Nelson for this hands on, locally sourced, cooking class where each twosome will make an Asian salad with ginger dressing, learn proper rice cooking and rolling of a California roll, coconut shrimp roll, and spicy tuna roll (each roll makes 8-10 pieces). Rolls will be professionally presented alongside pickled ginger and wasabi sauce. Seats are limited. BYOB!
