Take your tastebuds on a journey to Milan eating this delicious Italian meal! Menu to include arugula & fresh parm flatbread with frizzled prosciutto, lemony chicken piccata with roasted garlic mash and Chianti berry reduction over gelato with almond infused sweet cream. This class is hands on with some demonstration. All recipes will be provided. BYOB! (We suggest a Pinot Gris).
